Feelings Fix Ltd trading as Lotus Path Reiki & Crystal Therapies

All sessions must be booked and paid for in advance through our online booking system. Please note that payments will appear on your bank statement under the name Feelings Fix, which is the registered business name of Lotus Path Reiki & Crystal Therapies
With prior agreement, payment may also be made by cash or card at the client’s location.
Once your booking has been received, I will contact you to confirm the details, including your reason for the session, as well as the date and time.
Sessions are available only in and around Cirencester (within approximately 5 miles). If you live further away, please contact me before booking to discuss travel arrangements and any additional cost.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice in writing.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment will incur a 50% charge of the session fee. If something unexpected comes up and you’re unable to attend, please contact me as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling your session.
If you do not attend your appointment without notice (“no-show”), the full fee will be retained.
In the unlikely event that I need to reschedule your session, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

As a mobile therapist, treatments are provided in the comfort of your own home. Please ensure there is enough space for a portable treatment bed and a calm, quiet environment for your session.
For your safety and comfort, I reserve the right to refuse or end a session if the working environment is unsuitable or unsafe.

Reiki and Crystal Healing are complementary therapies and are not a substitute for medical treatment or diagnosis.
Please inform me of any health conditions, ongoing treatments, or concerns before your session so that your treatment can be tailored appropriately.

All client information is treated with strict confidentiality.
I am a certified and insured Reiki and Crystal Healing practitioner, and I follow professional ethical standards in all treatments.
